To ensure that operations would remain up and running, Hatco required a first rate power backup solution. QPS designed and engineered a plan that included a UPS system and a generator, as well as turnkey installation. The solution not only provided the necessary critical power protection, but also remained within the established budget.

We are located in an older section of Milwaukee prone to prolonged power outages during storms. Our existing UPS system was no longer sufficient to keep our critical information systems running during these prolonged outages, so we decided we needed a generator. We consulted with several different companies before calling QPS. Our installation was challenging due to our building, and other companies either couldn’t do it, or were so expensive that it didn’t make sense to do the project. QPS was the only company which found a way to do it easily and affordably. Brian Loken put together a great proposal for a new generator and UPS system that addressed our needs perfectly. He coordinated all aspects of the project and turnkey implementation. Brian continually communicated the status of the project with us and all of the subcontractors involved; the project was very well run. We really like the new system and the peace of mind it provides. I no longer worry when I see a storm approaching! I highly recommend QPS!
