At QPS, we feel that it’s important to provide you with information around how we are responding to the COVID-19 impact to businesses. Firstly, QPS considers the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners our top priority. We are strongly focused on providing you with the best possible service while following the updates, recommendations, and protocols issued by both the OSHA guidelines publication OSHA3990, and information produced by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

*UPDATE March 24, 2020

We are aware of the #SaferAtHome order that was issued by the Governor of Wisconsin effective today, March 25th, which orders non-essential businesses to cease operations starting at 8am. Quality Power Solutions will remain fully operational, and are in compliance with the order as an essential business. We want to share some of the steps that we’ve enacted to keep our families, employees and clients safe during this time.

QPS offices are currently open, and our field service teams are fully operational. Our team is able to respond to, and our technology allows us to focus on our customer needs, even during times of unrest or uncertainty. We are communicating regularly with our customers to ensure we prepare for and comply with any updated site restrictions, logistics and procedures that may have recently been implemented. More importantly, we are able to support 24/7 in time of need.

Additionally, QPS is striving to keep our team informed and ahead of the concerns with COVID-19 and are ensuring that everyone stay safe and follow best practices when working at any client site.

Quality Power Solutions also falls under the guidelines established by the Department of Homeland Security granting our team access to provide support toward our nation’s critical communications infrastructure.

These critical communications facilities are necessary to ensure that first responders, emergency responders, public messaging, and 911 communications are functional during this period of National Emergency to provide lifesaving capabilities.

This enables QPS to provide support during restricted travel periods and curfews. Our team is ready to support our nation in these trying times.

The full impact of COVID-19 is unknown, but our top priority is the safety and health of our employees, and to maintain support, and emergency response to our customers and partners. We encourage you to reach out with any site issues or needs, or in the event of an emergency at 866-575-0505. We appreciate your patience on additional questions we may ask and precautions we may take. For more information on ways to keep your facility safe, please click here.
