Modular And Scalable Technology For A Leading Edge Facility

During the construction of their new facility, we worked with WMTV NBC-15 to define data center critical physical infrastructure parameters based on today’s needs and tomorrow’s possibilities. Our group functioned as an owner’s representative to work alongside the engineer and architect to assist in the design of a 1000 sq ft new data center space. This included the power, cooling, distribution, racking, containment, and management components.

In addition to assisting in the final design of the space, we were contracted to furnish all pertinent equipment designed. Furthermore, we acted as the installing contractor for the AC, Distribution, Racking, Containment and Management. The project was a complete turnkey from design to ultimate implementation. The design is one of scalability and high efficiencies utilizing technologies such as a unity power factor scalable UPS and close coupled heat rejection featuring hot aisle containment.

This solution based deliverable (design, product, installation and service) allows customers, such as NBC 15, to focus on daily operations while their critical physical infrastructure is soundly planned and administered through the Midwest’s top data center professional team.
