Most replacement units are APC brand and either match or go beyond the replaced unit size rating. QPS pays shipping to customer; and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Service plan payments start at two years and are billed quarterly. QPS works only with certified recyclers and recycles 98% of all old/obsolete equipment. |
